2. Merchandise at Beverly Packing,INC premises: Liability is $0.60/lb. Released Value
3. Domestic/ International Freight: Covered by carrier as noted or as requested by customer. (Otherwise,    $0.60/lb Released Value.)

* There is no insurance coverage against damage for any shipment which is not packed by    Beverly Packing,INC.
* There is no concealed damage coverage for any electronic equipment.
* There is no insurance coverage for any glass, marble, or stone.
* For proper coverage, Beverly Packing,INC requires an itemized list or inventory with
   individual values.
